We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Impactful Brands, the parent company of various brands and companies. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

- To initiate a return, please contact our [Customer Support](#) within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when received.

- Customer is responsible for shipping merchandise back
- A 20% restocking fee will be applied to customer order error returns

- We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.

Refunds

- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please contact our [Customer Support](#) to arrange for a replacement.
